The last brewing practice



Everyone said : It looks like a Miso soup! Get some tofu to put in it!


The first step was wonderful. I was whom for responsible for operating the malt miller machine and did nice. Our malts were the prettiest in the class.
There was one and important mistake in the recipe. We researched the desired recipe from Brewtoad,  and it depends on the imperial system, not the metric system which is used in Korea. Our TA helped us to revise the figures and saw the weight of flaked wheat wrong. In result of this, the amount of flake wheat is bigger three times than demanded weight of original recipe.
It became very hard to expect how the beer could be. It was supposed to be the IPA, but it would not be the IPA nor the wheat beer now. So much fun.
