  • brilliant to very clear
  • dense, long-lasting, creamy white head

  • hop bitterness: prominent but harsh
  • balance never aggressively tilted either way
  • diacetyl and hop esters need not be present

3C. Czech Amber Lager

  • large, off-white, persistent head

  • hop bitterness: prominent but clean
  • no roasted malt flavor
